Description

Crémant Nature L'Innocent is produced by Domaine Hubert Reyser, a family-run estate founded in 1963 in Nordheim, Alsace. Today, 1.5 hectares of vineyards are located in the Grand Cru Steinklotz in Marlenheim.

This Crémant is a Blanc de Blancs made from Chardonnay, bottle-fermented according to the traditional method with no added sulfites. It ages on the lees for 5 years.

Straw yellow in color with a delicate and persistent perlage, it opens on the nose with hints of white flowers and apple. The palate is fresh and savory, with good persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal for accompanying raw fish and starters with shellfish.
