Description

The Cremant Rosé Brut Châtaignier of Domaine Albert Sounit was born in the vineyard of the same name located in Jully-lés-Bux.

The wine is made from Pinot Noir, Gamay and Pinot Beurot grapes. The grapes are pressed very softly for approx. 10 hours. The must is fermented in thermo-regulated steel tanks and made into sparkling wine following the Méthode Traditionelle. The sparkling wine ages on the yeasts for 14-24 months

Salmon pink in color and with a fine and persistent perlage, it opens on the nose with hints of strawberry and cherry. The sip is fine and creamy, with good persistence.

Ideal both as an aperitif and in combination with fruit desserts.
