Description

The Crémant de Jura Brut Blanc de Noirs is produced by the Marcel Cabelier maison in Hauteroche, a region particularly suited to viticulture. It is a Classic Method sparkling wine made with Pinot Noir and Poulsard grapes.

Once the winemaking process is completed inside temperature-controlled steel tanks, refermentation begins in the bottle with aging for at least 24 months in contact with its own yeasts.

Straw yellow and with a fine and persistent perlage, it offers the nose a bouquet of white flowers, exotic fruit with hints of spices. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, with a beautiful persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is an excellent companion throughout the meal.
