Description

This Crozes-Hermitage by Victor Berard is produced in the heart of the Northern Rhône Valley, on granitic slopes that give the wine an elegant and refined structure. Primarily composed of Syrah, with a small percentage of Marsanne and Roussanne, it represents a perfect synthesis of power and aromatic finesse.

The vinification follows a traditional method, respecting the integrity of the fruit and the characteristics of the terroir. Attention to detail in the cellar enhances the complexity and the balance between freshness and depth of flavor, resulting in a harmonious wine of great expressiveness.

It presents itself with a deep and intense red color. The bouquet is complex and enveloping, with dominant notes of dark fruits, accompanied by hints of leather, licorice, and roasted coffee beans. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, with a menthol freshness that enriches the fruity component, leading to an elegant and persistent finish.

It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats or spicy beef dishes.
