Description
Ribolla Gialla is one of the oldest indigenous grape varieties in Friuli. In the glass it offers a faithful cross-section of what the territory is and its typical aromas.
The vinification takes place traditional in white, with soft pressing of the bunches. Fermentation takes place for 15-20 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. The wine then undergoes a refinement of 2 months in the bottle.
