Delle Venezie IGT Traminer Aromatico 2016 Puiatti

Puiatti's Delle Venezie Traminer Aromatico comes from vineyards located in Zuccole, in the Isonzo del Friuli area.

It is produced with pure Traminer Aromatic grapes, harvested strictly by hand in the third week of September. The vinification takes place in white at a controlled temperature of 21 ° C, then the wine ages in stainless steel tanks, before being bottled.

The Aromatic Traminer has a rich and pleasant bouquet, among which evocations of ripe banana and apricot, enriched with fine hints of pear. On the palate it is clear and persuasive, which for its refined and elegant aromas fully represents the qualities of typically Friulian wines.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and seafood.
