Description
The Mountain Williams Pear Distillate of the Capovilla distillery is made in Rosà, in the province of Vicenza. It is obtained through a slow and delicate process aimed at enhancing the typical character of the starting fruit variety, followed by a long period of aging to allow the aromas and flavors to evolve.
The Capovilla Mountain Williams Williams Distillate is transparent and clear. The nose recalls hints of ripe Williams pear. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a pleasant sensation of warm in the finish.
Pleasant to appreciate after coffee during a dinner with friends or in moments of meditation.
