Description

The Orange Republic by Casa Rojo originates from the vineyards of the Spanish estate located in Galicia, in Castilla y León, and is crafted by winemakers José Luis Gomez, Laura Munoz, Patrick Meraz, and Pablo Ibanez.

Made from Godello grapes, harvested in the first half of September and carefully selected, this wine follows the classic white vinification process, refining on its lees for a period of 4 months before bottling.

The Orange Republic displays a straw yellow color with faint golden hues. On the nose, it offers a fresh and intense fruity aroma, with pronounced notes of pear, apricot, papaya, citrus, peach, and banana. On the palate, it is enveloping, with a citrusy aftertaste leading to a lingering finish.

This wine is meant to be enjoyed in good company; it pairs perfectly with well-seasoned fish dishes. Especially delightful with baked fish in foil with aromatic herbs.
