Description

Dolcetto d'Alba L'Alto by Paolo Conterno was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba, in the province of Cuneo.

It is produced entirely with Dolcetto grapes, harvested towards the end of September. Fermentation is characterized by the use of special tanks that make the extraction of color in the maceration phase optimal. Subsequently, the wine ages for about 6 months in wood and for as many months in glass, before being marketed.

It is characterized by a ruby red color, with purple hues. The nose opens with a vinous, intense and delicate aroma, followed by small fruits that delight the nose. In the mouth it is dry, soft and velvety, with a pleasantly almondy finish.

Perfect to accompany first courses, dishes with savory sauces, it is ideal with fresh cheeses.
