Description

The Dolcetto Bricco di Vergne is produced by the Batasiolo winery, owned by the Dogliani family, who have been making wine in the Langhe for over 40 years.

This wine is made from 100% Dolcetto grapes, which are destemmed and fermented for 8-10 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in the same containers until bottling.

Ruby red with purple highlights, it offers aromas of violet and cherry on the nose. The palate is rich and full, with a slightly bitter finish.

Perfect to pair with everyday cuisine.
