The Mculler Thurgau Spumante Cuve9e Speciale Brut is crafted by the renowned Trentino company Cavit to have a "young" taste, with delicate and fruity flavors. Made exclusively from Mculler Thurgau grapes, carefully selected and harvested with meticulous attention, this sparkling wine follows the Charmat Method process, enhancing the semi-aromatic characteristics of the grape variety to the fullest.

This Cavit's Cuve9e Speciale is characterized by a pale straw yellow color, with evident greenish hues, extremely fine perlage, and persistent foam. On the nose, it opens with a delicate aromatic and spicy fragrance. Spectacular on the palate, where it appears elegant and characterful, soft and pleasantly fresh.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect for pairing with shellfish and mollusks.
