Description
Spumante Brut Edith by Casa Vinicola Poletti is a white sparkling wine produced with Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes in the Romagna area. It has a fresh and light profile, perfect for those looking for a lively and delicate sparkling wine.
The vinification follows the Charmat method, with a second fermentation of at least one month. This process gives the wine freshness and fragrance, maintaining its natural vivacity.
On the nose there are notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious.
Excellent as an aperitif or with fish and shellfish dishes.
