Description
Emilia Lambrusco Amabile 1813 Terre Verdiane of Cantine Ceci was born in vineyards located on the hills of Parma, in the heart of Emilia Romagna.
It is produced with 100% Lambrusco grapes, harvested and selected only by hand, when perfectly ripe. After the classic red winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in an autoclave in steel, according to the Charmat Method.
Dark ruby red in color, Lambrusco Amabile 1813 opens to the nose with delicate notes of ripe fruit such as blackberry and cherry, enriched by a light wild trace. On the palate it is soft, delicate and slightly sapid, with a pleasantly persistent finish.
Excellent as a wine throughout the meal, this Lambrusco goes well with appetizers, first and second courses based on meat, cold cuts, dry pastries.
