Description

The Madlys of Chateau Sainte-Marie was born in vineyards located in the wine region of Entre-deux-Mers straddling the Dordogne and Garonne rivers.

It is produced with Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Sauvignon Gris grapes, harvested in mid-September. After maceration at low temperature and fermentation in barriques, the wine ages in French oak barriques for 6 months, with weekly batônnages on the lees.

The Madlys of Chateau Sainte-Marie has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with pleasant sensations of peach and mango, enriched with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and complex, with excellent drinkability.

Perfect to accompany white meats, this wine is ideal in combination with seafood and shellfish.
