Description

The Fiano di Avellino di Vadiaperti was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Montefredane, in the province of Avellino.

It is produced with pure Fiano grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 3 months in steel before being bottled.

It is characterized by a light straw yellow color. The nose opens with delicate aromas of apple and green pear and hazelnut, enriched with a pleasant mineral note on the finish. On the palate it is elegant, lively and fresh, with hints of elderberry.

This white wine is perfect to accompany all fish dishes and shellfish.
