Description
Franciacorta Brut di Cornonero is born in vineyards located on the morainic hills of Franciacorta.
It is produced 100% with Chardonnay grapes, which are vinified in thermo-regulated steel tanks with the addition of selected yeasts, followed by the second fermentation in bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with ageing on the lees for 24 months.
The sparkling wine is characterized by a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of flowers such as rose and lime, in addition to hints of vegetables and bread crust. On the palate it is dry and savoury, with good persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with hors d'oeuvres and raw fish, cold cuts and cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
