Description

The Franciacorta Brut Essence sparkling wine, through its extraordinary elegance, best represents the style of Antica Fratta.

It is produced 90% with Chardonnay grapes and 10% with Pinot Noir grapes, rigorously harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. The wine ages on the lees for 36 months and for a further 5-6 months in the bottle.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color, with golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and elegant bouquet, in which evident fruity and floral aromas stand out. On the palate it is full and complex, pleasantly intense and fragrant, with a balanced body and good persistence.

Perfect to accompany first courses and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and cold cuts.
