Description

The Blanc de Noirs Dosaggio Zero Cisiolo sparkling wine is produced by the Muratori winery, located in Franciacorta, one of the Italian wine-growing areas dedicated to the production of classic method bubbles. Muratori is a family business, now run by the third generation of the family, and is based in Villa Crespia, in Adro, in the province of Brescia.

It is obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white. The refinement in the bottle lasts for at least 18 months.

The Blanc de Noirs Dosaggio Zero Cisiolo has a brilliant straw yellow color, with a delicate and well-present perlage. The nose is expressed with citrus notes of pink grapefruit and typical sensations of bread crust. In the mouth it is fresh, vertical, with a good balance between structure and acidity.

Perfect to accompany an aperitif, it also goes very well with raw fish and seafood first courses.
