Description
Lancini's Franciacorta Rosé is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, combining elegance, structure, and pleasing aromatic expressiveness. The Brut dosage helps maintain its balance, enhancing the freshness and character of Pinot Noir within a harmonious, refined style.
After a brief maceration, the grapes undergo gentle, low-yield pressing and the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Tirage takes place in the spring following the harvest, followed by over 30 months of lees aging and a further 6 months of rest after disgorgement.
In the glass it shows a pale pink color with delicate orangey highlights. On the nose, aromas of wild strawberries, redcurrant and red fruits emerge, while on the palate the structure and complexity of Pinot Noir stand out, accompanied by fruity and floral nuances and elegant hints of bread crust.
It pairs particularly well with flavorful first and main courses, tomato-based dishes, red meats, aged cheeses, and cured meats.
