Description

The Franciacorta Vendemmia Brut Teatro alla Scala edition of Bellavista is the "Vintage Brut" of the Franciacorta company, whose production is entirely dedicated to the Teatro della Scala, an Italian artistic and musical center.

It is produced with mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, whose collection has always been carried out manually with extreme care. The must partially ferments in white oak barrels for at least 7 months, followed by aging on the lees for at least 36 months.

The Brut Harvest Ed. Teatro alla Scala di Bellavista presents itself at the sight of a beautiful bright straw yellow, with a fine and continuous perlage. The nose is fresh and delicate, with hints of jasmine and hawthorn, accompanied by pleasant citrus hints in the finish. On the palate it proves voluminous and refined, with lively freshness.

Excellent in combination with risotto, it goes very well with fish or oyster dishes.
