Description

Volpe Pasini's Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon was born in vineyards located in the heart of the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali.

It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine remains for a period in the bottle where it refines its organoleptic characteristics.

Sauvignon di Volpe Pasini is characterized by a straw yellow colour. The nose opens with intense fruity and mineral aromas. On the palate it is fresh and sapid, with a good persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with seafood, fish in general and with first courses seasoned with savory vegetable sauces.
