Description
Gassa d'Amante is the name of the simple sailor knot. The Forte di Pietrasanta Brewery steals this term from port jargon to deliver it to its Golden Ale.
This beer has a light golden blonde color. The nose offers an intoxicating scent of yellow-fleshed fruit, followed by floral and slightly spicy notes. On the palate it offers a delicate malty flavor, with herbaceous notes in the finish that give it pleasantness and freshness.
The Gassa d'Amante goes well with not too elaborate fish dishes. Perfect as an aperitif, it can also be accompanied with fresh and sliced cheeses.
