Gin N° 209 5xD (distillato cinque volte) Distillery no. 209

The 5xD gin of Distillery No. 209 is made by distillation in pot still copper alamabic, starting from a corn base from the Midwest and from at least 8-11 botanicals, including angelica root, bergamot, lemon zest, cardamom , cassia peel, coriander and juniper seeds, distilled four times.

With a transparent and crystalline appearance, the Gin 5xD of Distillery No. 209 opens to the nose with evident citrus scents, enriched with floral and spicy hints. On the palate it expresses fruity notes of lemon and orange, followed by floral notes of bergamot and coriander, with a finish in which spices such as cardamom and cassia dominate the scene, with a pleasant return of bier.

It is the ideal ingredient for cocktails of all types based on gin.
