Description
Bathtub Gin is produced by Opificio Numquam, based in Prato.
This artisanal gin is made in small batches using the "cold compounding" method, which involves cold maceration of medicinal herbs and aromatic spices, with a predominance of juniper. Neutral alcohol and water from the Orticaia spring in Pracchia (PO) are used in the distillation. It has a balsamic flavor reminiscent of juniper and spices, as well as citrus aromas.
It can be enjoyed neat or used in mixology with quality tonic waters.
