Description

GB gin is the result of the distillation of Chase Potato Vodka in Carter Head copper still, followed by an infusion of 10 botanicals, including juniper, coriander seeds, bitter almonds, cinnamon bark, ginger, angelica root, liqueur and cardamom . Reached 78 alcoholic degrees, the gin is brought to a grade of 40 by adding pure water from the aquifers placed under the orchards surrounding the distillery.

Clear and crystalline in appearance, it offers spicy citrus and spicy notes to the nose. Juniper recurs in the mouth, enriched with hints of lemon and spices, to tend to a particularly full-bodied and dry finish.

Gin ideal for mixology, especially for the preparation of a Gin & Tonic.
