Gin Hernö

In a wild and unspoiled nature, near Härnösand, stands Hernö, the renowned Swedish distillery that produces a Dry Gin made with the purest and most unique natural botanicals, meticulously sought out from every corner of the world by the founder himself, Jon Hillgren. It is born on the shores of the Gulf of Bothnia, where the waves of the Baltic Sea crash, and is crafted using botanicals selected according to the highest level of locality, such as the famous Madagascan vanilla and Swedish lingonberries.

Ingredients of rare quality are therefore the foundation of Hernö Dry Gin, inspired by the classic models of London Dry Gin, a spirit that has captured the attention of enthusiasts and connoisseurs for its expressive style, a true ambassador of Swedish authenticity, perfectly integrated into an English gentleman's context. The production process is strictly artisanal and tailored, to offer a pure and clear sensory experience, celebrated in fresh and harmonious aromas.

It presents a glacial, crystal clear, and transparent color to the eye, while the nose immediately recognizes the rounded character of Hungarian juniper and is intoxicated by the citrus and floral bouquet. The palate is rich and opulent, with green and crunchy notes of Bulgarian coriander, paired with Madagascan vanilla. The finish adds a touch of class and vibrancy, with notes of black pepper.
