Herno's Old Tom is a gin created from ingredients sourced from all over the world. Among the botanicals left to infuse we find Hungarian juniper, Bulgarian coriander seeds, Swedish lingonberries, English meadowsweet, Indian black pepper, Indonesian cassia and Madagascan vanilla. The entire distillation process is monitored with maximum care, with attention to every smallest detail in order to craft a flawless product.

Herno's Old Tom Gin is completely colourless and crystal clear to the eye. The nose is expressive and concentrated, where a backbone of juniper is joined by spicy hints and nuances reminiscent of resin and honey. On tasting it is full-bodied, energetic, characterised by a floral profile and a slightly sweet taste; it finishes with a delicately spicy aftertaste.
