White Drop (50 mL)

Goccia Bianca di Venturini Baldini is produced using cooked must of only Malvasia white grapes and wine vinegar, aged in old white oak barrels for at least 5 years.

With a limpid and transparent white appearance, it expresses a slightly pungent and aromatic perfume, characteristic of the original grape variety. On the palate it is fine and astringent, with good salinity and a pleasantly accentuated sour tone.

Excellent with all dishes based on fish, cooked or raw vegetables, it is enhanced with panna cotta, strawberries and fruit salads.
