Description

This Grappa di Col d'Orcia is obtained from the pomace of grapes used to produce Brunello di Montalcino Col d'Orcia. These undergo a soft pressing and are then sent still wet to the distillery. The distillation takes place in a bain-marie in a copper still with a discontinuous method within the following 48 hours.

Transparent and crystalline in appearance, it has a very fine, broad and persistent aroma that brings to mind berries. In the mouth it is dry and warm, in perfect harmony in all its parts, with a light herbaceous aftertaste characteristic of the grape variety of origin.

It is ideal to serve neat in moments of meditation.
