Poli Grappa Cleopatra Prosecco Oro is obtained in Schiavon, Bassano del Grappa, in the most typical area for the production of grappa. It comes from the pomace of Glera grapes that previously took part in the production of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene. The distillation then takes place with the innovative Crysopea vacuum bain marie, followed by aging in small French oak barrels.

Amber to the eye, the Graop Cleopatra Prosecco Oro di Poli releases pleasant hints of flowers and yellow fruit, accompanied by notes of aromatic herbs and vanilla. The taste is delicate and clean, fragrant, with notes of fresh bread and ripe fruit.
