Description

The Greco di Tufo Ariella is produced by Feudi di San Gregorio, one of the largest and most successful wineries in Campania, producing both white and red wines in Irpinia, a historic region of the Campanian Apennines in the province of Avellino. The "Feudi Studi" line is a limited edition that each year arises from grapes of the most expressive vineyards selected from the 800 vineyards available to the company.

The wine consists exclusively of Greco grapes, which are pressed and fermented in steel at 18-20°C, without undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine thus obtained is aged in steel on fine lees for 8-10 months, with weekly bâtonnage, followed by 12-18 in bottle.

This wine shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections, revealing aromas of white peach, aromatic herbs, and salinity on the nose. The sip is dry and sapid, with excellent persistence.

Ideal to enjoy with sushi and fish carpaccio.
