Description

Johann Ruck's Silvaner Trocken was born in vineyards located in Franconia, a historic area for the production of wine made from Sylvaner grapes, in Germany.

It is produced entirely with Sylvaner grapes, harvested only by hand with selection in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in large oak barrels and then in the bottle, before being put on the market.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with floral notes, fine and elegant. On the palate it is slender, with a nice acidity and pleasant fruity hints.

This wine goes very well with fish or poultry dishes.
