Description

Il Bianco by Quarta Generazione winery originates from the company vineyards located on the fertile hills of Basilicata, 500 meters above sea level.

It is produced with pure Fiano grapes, subjected to a short cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 15 °C. Subsequently, the wine ages for 3 months on its fine lees.

It has a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The perfume is centred on pleasant notes of plum and jasmine. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping, characterized by hints of honey.

White for the whole meal, it is perfect to accompany the aperitif moment.
