IPA Birrificio Fiorentino

This artisanal IPA was born inside Birrificio Fiorentino, a company based in Bagno a Ripoli, in the municipality of Florence.

It is made with extensive use of caramelized malts, which create perfect harmony with the bitterness conferred by the abundant hopping.

The IPA of Birrificio fiorentino has an amber color and a dense and persistent foam. The nose offers notes of tropical fruit, followed by caramel notes also found in the mouth. The flavor is decidedly full and enveloping.

Perfect with a good pizza well stuffed, it also divinely marries appetizers, cold cuts and cold cuts of all kinds. Whole meal beer.
