Description
Biancolella wine tells all the volcanicity of the wines of the island of Ischia.
Produced from Biancolella grapes, it has a bright straw yellow color. A bouquet of hints of white fruit and fennel, lemon flowers and citrus hints envelop the nose. Expressive and extraordinarily linked to its territory of origin, it is a soft tasting wine, with a balanced flavor and mineral echoes.
It is the ideal white wine to accompany first courses and shellfish soups, grilled or salted fish and fried fish.
