Description

També is a rosé wine from Capichera, made predominantly from Carignano grapes sourced from estate-owned vineyards at the Spriddha estate in Sardinia. The name references a typical expression in the Gallurese dialect meaning “that’s how it is”, highlighting the authentic and local identity of this label. Created as an original rosé interpretation of a black grape variety, it stands out for its freshness, fragrance, and pleasantness, elegantly expressing the Mediterranean character of its place of origin.

The grapes are harvested in September and vinified as a white wine to preserve their finesse and aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, aiming to enhance the aromatic component and the expressive purity of the fruit. Aging also continues in steel, maintaining freshness and enhancing the natural minerality of the wine.

In the glass, it displays a delicate pale pink hue with coral and onion-skin reflections. On the nose, it is fine and fresh, with light floral and fruity notes reminiscent of pink grapefruit, citrus jelly, and subtle saline sensations. On the palate, it is fragrant and harmonious, well balanced, with a pleasant mineral imprint and a savoury finish that invites another sip.

It pairs elegantly with seafood appetizers, shellfish, fish carpaccio, light vegetable- and fish-based first courses, as well as delicate white meats and fresh cheeses.
