Jumilla DOP Taus Joven 2016 Hacienda del Carche

The Taus Joven was born in the vineyards of Hacienda del Carche, located in the beautiful stage of the Sierra del Carche regional park, in the Jumilla denomination.

Produced with a blend of Monastrell, Syrahme Garnacha grapes, grown following an organic regime, this wine, after the red vinification processes, ages in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Hacienda del Carche's Joven has a very bright purple-red color. The nose offers an intense fruity aroma, where notes of plum, blackberry and raspberry emerge. In the mouth it is silky and enveloping, with a fair and very young tannin that is captivating.

This red expresses its best in the first years of life. It goes perfectly with roasts and red meats. It is excellent with meat sauces and stewed meats.
