Description

The Riesling Privat Senftenberger Pellingen in Nigl comes from the Kremstal wine region in Austria.

It consists of pure Riesling Renano, obtained from vines with an average age of about 40 years. The best wines signed by Nigl give life to the Privat Pellingen line, originating from the old vineyards located in Senftenberger Pellingen. The harvest is done manually and the subsequent vinification is aimed, in its phases, to preserve the expression of the fruit.

It shows a straw yellow color. The scent hints of fruity tones of white peach and citrus, then opens up in a markedly mineral character of flint, silica and a smoked vein. In the mouth it confirms the mineral trait, enhanced in a lively flavor and in the typical freshness of the crunchy fruit.

Excellent if combined with a mixed grill of fish.
