Toscana IGT Lady F Orpicchio 2015 Donne Fittipaldi

The Lady F Orpicchio by Donne Fittipaldi was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci, in the province of Livorno.

It is produced entirely with Orpicchio grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After a short cold maceration in contact with the skins, the fermentation takes place half in barriques and half in steel at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C.

The Lady F by Donne Fittipaldi has a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with delicate notes of peach and citrus, enriched with hints of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and delicate, with a pleasant saline vein.

Perfect to accompany shellfish and fish crudités, it is ideal in combination with white meats and fresh cheeses.
