Description

Cantina della Volta's Spumante Brut Lambrusco di Modena comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Bomporto, in the province of Modena.

It is produced entirely with Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, selected and harvested by hand in the second half of September. The must, obtained by soft pressing, is clarified and sent to the steel vats where it ferments at controlled temperature. It is then sparkling according to the champenoise method , using selected yeasts and left to refine, in lying bottles, for 24 months, so that it assumes greater structure and complexity.

Cantina della Volta's Lambrusco di Modena has a soft red color with slightly copper highlights. Of fine and persistent perlage. It opens to the nose with a bouquet in which notes of red and raspberry stand out, enriched with hints of black cherries and morello cherries. On the palate a mixture of red berries emerges with intense notes of wild strawberries.

To be drunk in the first year of life, this bubble is ideal for accompanying first courses or stewed meats.
