Description
The Lambrusco Grasparossa of Castelvetro Vigneto Cialdini di Cleto Chiarli was born in the heart of the production area of the DOC wines of Emilia Romagna.
It is produced entirely from Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro grapes harvested and selected manually. The maceration of the grapes lasts about 36 hours and takes place at a controlled temperature of 10 ° -12 ° C.
The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Vigneto Cialdini is characterized by an intense yellow color. The nose opens with a bouquet of ripe red fruits. On the palate it gives a pleasantly intense, dry and full-bodied flavor. This wine is characterized by a fine and evanescent foam.
