Description
Langhe Nebbiolo is produced by Batasiolo, owned by the Dogliani family, who have been making wine in the Langhe for over four decades.
The wine is made from pure Nebbiolo grapes, which are destemmed and fermented with skin maceration for 10 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged in Slavonian oak barriques and stainless steel tanks.
Intense ruby red in colour, it offers aromas of ripe fruit and spices on the nose. The palate is fresh and full-bodied, with moderate persistence.
Ideal paired with pasta with ragù, risottos, and red and white meats.
