Description
The Nebbiolo Ginestrino originates from the renowned vineyards located in the municipality of Monforte D'Alba in Piedmont.
It is made entirely from Nebbiolo grapes, all hand-picked and selected in mid-October. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place in contact with the skins in horizontal stainless steel tanks for about 6 - 8 days. Subsequently, the wine matures in second-passage French oak barriques for about 10 months.
The Langhe Nebbiolo Ginestrino is characterized by a deep, intense red color. On the nose, it opens with an elegant and delicate fruity bouquet, enriched by refined notes of ripe red berries. On the palate, it is balanced and delicate. A wine that brings perfect harmony and balance.
Perfect to pair with cured meats, it is ideal to serve with spaghetti with meat ragout and braised meats in tomato sauce.
