Description
In addition to exploring the heritage of native Piedmontese vines, especially for the production of great red wines, L'Astemia Pentita also produces noteworthy whites, including this Sauvignon Blanc of international character that manages to create an unexpected bond with the Langhe territory .
Soft pressing of the whole bunches is carried out, then the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-17 ° C. Subsequently the wine is decanted and remains to age in steel for a short period on the fine lees.
