The Tiradoss Rosso from the winery L'Astemia Pentita originates in the prestigious production area of Barolo, in the heart of the Langhe DOC.
After a brief maceration on the skins, the wine ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and then undergoes a short aging period in barriques.
With an intense ruby red color, the nose reveals clear hints of violet and red fruits. The sip is medium-bodied, austere, and balanced.
Perfect for accompanying meat sauce seasoned pasta dishes and stewed meats.
