Lazio Vermentino IGT Le Coste 2021 Federici

Located in the Municipality of Zagarolo, the Federici vineyards produce 100% Vermentino Le Coste enjoying a privileged position, about 330 meters above sea level, and in moderately ventilated areas in summer. The typical Mediterranean climate is balanced by night breezes in the hills which help the ripening of the grapes.

The white vinification process involves a soft squeezing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. To maintain the freshness of the grapes and ensure stability, the wine ages for 6 months in steel.

Straw yellow in color with golden veins, the wine offers a broad bouquet with notes of white flowers, jasmine, exotic fruit and brackish and Mediterranean touches of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is fresh and soft, with a delicious flavor accompanied by a hint of almond.

Wine suitable for raw seafood and roasted fish.
