Description
Petit Lot Fumé Blanc white wine is produced in Australia by Windows Estate, a winery located and managed by Chris & Jo Davies. The vineyards extend for 16 hectares and have organic certification.
The wine is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc, rigorously harvested by hand. The grapes are gently pressed and traditionally vinified in white, and then aged for a few months in French oak barriques.
Straw-yellow in colour, the aromas of citrus, lemongrass and toasted notes are perceived on the nose. The sip is refined and powerful, with a long persistence.
This wine goes very well with the tastiest seafood cuisine.
