Description
Saint Clair's Marlborough Premium Sauvignon Blanc was born in vineyards located in Dillons Point and in the regions south of the Wairau Valley in New Zealand.
It is produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature controlled with selected yeasts.
This Sauvignon Blanc from Saint Clair has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with aromas of passion fruit and black currant leaves, enriched with elegant mineral sensations. On the palate it is full and savory, with a pleasantly persistent pink grapefruit finish.
This white wine is ideal in combination with all fish dishes.
