Description
The Malbec Reserva by Vinos de Potrero comes from pure Malbec grapes located in the Valle de Mendoza.
The grapes are vinified in concrete vats at 30 °C, with a maceration on the skins for 5 days. Ageing takes place in first and second passage barriques for 12 months.
It has an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections. The nose is expressed with aromas of violets, plums, sweet spices and cocoa. With a good structure, it stands out for its intense sip, strong tannins and a savoury and persistent finish.
To be paired with stewed and grilled red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
