Description
Bodega La Rural's Mendoza Syrah Roble San Felipe was born in vineyards located in the Argentine department of Maipu, in the heart of the renowned wine region of Mendoza.
It is produced entirely with Syrah grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 9 months in oak barrels, before being bottled.
It has a garnet red color, with purple hues. The nose opens with elegant aromas of plum and cherry, enriched with licorice notes. In the mouth it is powerful and full-bodied, with balanced tannins that accompany towards a long and persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany earthen cuisine and spicy dishes, it is ideal in combination with grilled red meats and meat sauce.
